Daniel Kraus
I build financial products inside regulated markets, and I publish the analysis behind them.

Background
I have spent twenty years building products at the point where platforms meet money: location intelligence at Nokia/HERE at global platform scale, a venture-backed company built and exited, digital freight on the Asia–North America lanes, and behavioral banking systems for credit unions and community banks.
In 2022 I founded Kraus Advisors to do that work directly, from market thesis through launched product, for banks, fintechs, and platform businesses across North American and European markets.
My view is that the rails carrying money and goods are being rebuilt at the same time, by tokenized instruments, programmable settlement, and AI-native workflows, and that the firms who win will be run by people who have shipped inside regulated markets rather than commented on them. Kraus Advisors is where I do that work, and where I publish the research that tests it.
