The firm
We are a small, senior international team of finance, technology, and vertical-market experts, with offices in the United States and Europe and a network of legal and industry specialists we bring in when an engagement needs them. We came together from management, operations, engineering, and product roles across financial services, payments, digital assets, logistics technology, location intelligence, and media.
That range is deliberate. Financial technology borrows constantly from adjacent industries — platform economics from SaaS, geospatial reasoning from mapping, measurement from adtech — and firms that have only ever worked inside banking tend to miss where the next model is coming from.
